❶ Basic Documents:

1. Passport should be valid for 6 months and have at least 3 blank pages.

2. Recent photograph, white background, matte paper, size (35X45)

3. Last 6 months bank statement and transactions last 5 months should be shown.

4. Bank Solvency (Same Account)

5. Invitation letter from Sri Lanka. (V39 format)

6. Vaccine Certificate

❷ For Business Person:

1. Trade License Update (if Bengali please provide English translation with notarized copy attached to Bengali copy)

2. Business Pad 02 copy

3. Copy of Memorandum Name of Trade License if Proprietor/Managing Director not mentioned

4. Copy of visiting card

❸For Job:

1. NOC

2. Office ID Card

3. Salary Statement or Salary Certificate

4. Visiting card

❹ For students:

1. Student ID Card

2. NOC from School/College or University

3. When a student applies in person, his/her father must provide all the documents

❺ For house wife

1. Provide documents of husband
