6. Copy of my Sejahtera Registration

7. Copy of pre-departure form in my passport

8. Copy of digital covid-19 vaccine

❷ For Business Person:

1. Trade License Update (If Bengali please provide notarized English translation

copy attached with Bengali copy)

2. Business Pad 02 copy

3. Copy of Memorandum if not mentioned by Proprietor/Managing Director

Trade license name

4. Copy of visiting card

❸For Job:

1. NOC

2. Office ID Card

3. Salary Statement or Salary Certificate

4. Visiting card

❹ For students:

1. Student ID Card

2. NOC from School/College or University

3. When a student applies in person, his/her father must provide all the documents

❺ For house wife

1. Provide documents of husband
